The JCDLRA/UMRIPD accepts written FOIA requests. Requests may be submitted via Fax, Email, Mail, or Hand Delivery.
- Requests must be in writing.
- Use of the FOIA Form is optional.
- All FOIA Requests submitted via email must contain the entirety of the request in the body of the email. Public Bodies are not required to open links or attachments to view FOIA requests.
